Product Manager – AI & Healthcare (Remote, Flexible Hours)

At MedWrite, we’re revolutionising medical documentation with AI, reducing administrative burdens for clinicians and improving patient care. After successfully completing a recent fundraising round, including backing from Enterprise Ireland, we’re scaling up.
We’re looking for an experienced digital product manager to lead our product development, set up best practices, and work with a world-class remote team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in one of the most exciting areas of AI and healthcare innovation, helping to shape products that directly impact thousands of patients and clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Set up product processes and best practices to drive execution and delivery.
- Own the product backlog, working closely with remote developers and local subject matter experts.
- Gather customer insights and ensure alignment by conducting interviews and gathering continuous feedback from healthcare professionals, both remotely and onsite in Irish hospitals.
- Define and track key KPIs to measure success and improve performance.
- Work with industry-standard product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
- Scale the product function, mentoring junior PMs as the team grows.
- Ensure a high level of detail and quality—this is healthcare, where precision matters.
- Work autonomously—we’re looking for a self-starter who takes initiative.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a digital product manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to set up processes, frameworks, and best practices from scratch.
- Experience collaborating with remote engineering teams and subject matter experts.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach—healthcare demands precision.
- Passion for AI-driven products and a strong understanding of how AI can enhance workflows.
- Willingness to learn and adapt—this is a new and fast-moving space, and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you stay ahead.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English—able to clearly articulate ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare or EHR (Electronic Health Record) experience.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and the evolving AI landscape.
- AI product development experience.
