We are hiring a Sales Executive, Healthcare AI to help drive commercial traction across hospitals and healthcare organisations in Ireland and the UK.

The Role

You will work closely with MedWrite leadership, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders to progress opportunities from first contact through pilots and contracts.

This role suits someone who wants real responsibility and exposure to how healthcare adoption actually works — not a scripted or transactional sales environment.

Founders will lead final negotiations and deal closures; you will own everything up to that point.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and prospect public and private healthcare organisations.
  • Identify and engage clinicians, managers, and digital health teams.
  • Book and qualify first meetings with clear objectives.
  • Deliver structured product demos (training provided).
  • Follow up consistently and professionally.
  • Maintain momentum across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Keep pipeline data and notes accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
  • Support founders during later-stage discussions and sales negotiations.
  • Learn how pilots, governance reviews, and procurement lead to contracts.

This is healthcare sales — preparation, accuracy, and follow-through matter.

What You Bring

Essential
  • Experience in sales, commercial, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfort speaking with senior professionals and clinicians.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisation and follow-through.
  • Ability to learn complex AI and healthcare topics.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Full driver’s licence and existing work visa.
  • Ability to use CRM systems properly (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, health IT, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to longer or more complex sales cycles.
  • Experience running demos or presentations.
  • Interest in healthcare systems, clinical work, or patient safety.
