The Role
We are looking for a versatile, self-starting Marketing Lead to build and execute our core marketing engine. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) with a strong focus on execution (80%) alongside strategy (20%).
Core Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar
- Write high-quality blog posts, case studies, and email sequences
- Maintain MedWrite’s professional, compliant, and innovative tone
2. SEO & Inbound Optimisation
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Track performance (traffic, rankings, bounce rate)
- Improve website and landing page conversion
3. Multi-Channel Campaigns
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, email, PPC, and content syndication
- Support outbound efforts with cold email sequences
- Build automated lead nurturing workflows
4. Measurement & Reporting
- Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Analyze channels, content, and keywords driving results
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional B2B copywriting skills
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
- B2B marketing experience (SaaS preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- HealthTech or healthcare marketing experience
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
