Role Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with healthcare customers to deploy, customize, and optimize MedWrite in real clinical environments.

This role combines technical problem-solving, customer success, and AI workflow design. You will act as the bridge between clinicians and the MedWrite product, ensuring our AI systems deliver meaningful, real-world value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for healthcare clients
• Configure and customize AI workflows for clinical use cases
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrators across Europe
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot real-world issues
• Design and refine prompts to improve AI output quality

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent problem-solving ability and independence
• Degree in Computer Science, healthcare, or a related field
• Comfortable working with software systems and AI tools
