Following a successful fundraising round backed by Enterprise Ireland, we are scaling rapidly and expanding our engineering team across Europe.

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer – AI & Healthcare based in Spain or Portugal to design, implement, and optimise the infrastructure that supports our healthcare AI products.

Eligibility: This role is open to EU residents only for compliance reasons.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate and standardise deployments.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery of AI-driven healthcare applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve system performance and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations.
• Ensure compliance, reliability, and best practices in environments where healthcare-level precision and security are critical.

Requirements

Essential

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role.
• Proven expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services (AWS experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of databases, including deployment, scaling, and management.
• Practical experience with automation tools and monitoring frameworks in production environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
